Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Witty Wear LLC. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During holidays, sales events, or high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. Once orders pass the processing phase they move into production which incurs it’s own timeline of 5-10 business days on average. We stay committed in expediting every order but also reserve the right to handle orders and volume in a timely and accurate fashion
If an item becomes temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by email with updated processing information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Estimated Delivery Times (US Orders)
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if offered): 2–4 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
If you do not receive a tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us at wittywearllc@gmail.com.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- All U.S. states (including Alaska & Hawaii)
- U.S. territories (if supported by the carrier)
- APO/FPO addresses (delivery may take longer)
International shipping is not currently offered but may be added in the future.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Witty Wear LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or shows no tracking updates for more than 7 days, please contact the carrier first to open an investigation. You may also contact us and we will assist where possible.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- A clear photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the packaging (if damaged)
- Your order number
We will replace the damaged item at no cost to you.
Split Shipments
In some cases, your order may be fulfilled from multiple locations or warehouses. If that occurs, items may arrive separately. You will receive separate tracking numbers if applicable.
Changes or Cancellations
We can only modify or cancel an order before it has shipped. Once the order is in transit, we cannot make changes.
