At Witty Wear LLC, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and unused items in their original condition.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Item must be in the same condition you received it
  • No deodorant stains, odors, pet hair, or wear
  • All tags (if applicable) must still be attached

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety and digital download usage reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Clearance items
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards
  • Digital downloads
  • Custom or personalized items (if offered)

Wrong Size?

We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size if it’s in stock.
You pay return shipping; we cover shipping for the replacement.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue.
We will replace it at no cost to you.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is our fault.

  • Item you want to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if the item is damaged

We’ll reply with return instructions within 1-5 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, check with your bank or card provider first.
